Potter’s Quay, Belfast
Potter’s Quay Business Centre in Belfast needed a cost-effective solution for its aging single-ply membrane roof. With signs of wear indicating the end of its serviceable life, Triflex proposed an overlay solution

Fradley 432, Lichfield
Fradley 432 is a newly built industrial and logistics development at Fradley Park, Lichfield. As part of the project, a warm roof system was specified using Foamglas insulation, requiring a waterproofing solution that could withstand light maintenance traffic and ensure work could continue on schedule throughout the cold winter months.

Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough
The existing roof waterproofing at Captain Cook Square shopping centre in Middlesbrough consisted of a failing 20-year-old single-ply membrane. The client needed a long-term solution that offered minimal disruption. After Triflex conducted comprehensive compatibility testing, including for plasticiser migration, Authorised Contracting Partners, Central Roofing and Building Services Ltd., were brought onto the project a year later.
The solvent-free Triflex ProTect system was chosen to overlay the single-ply roof, with Triflex ProDetail and Triflex ProFibre waterproofing all details and penetrations. On-site work began in late 2019. Read more about this project.
Parcelforce
In May 2017, Triflex was invited to provide a project specification in collaboration with Triflex Authorised Contractors, Sureweld and Roof Ltd. The project involved waterproofing and protecting a 2,000m² metal roof at the Ipswich Mail Centre, covering end laps, side laps, gutters, and other details.
Triflex ProDetail was specified to reinforce waterproofing at the laps, details, and gutters, while Triflex Cryl Finish 205 was used as a protective coating for the entire roof. Read more about this project.
Hill House
Triflex was invited by Conor Maher of Albany Brent to provide a project specification for an insulated waterproofing solution for the blue roof at Hill House, North London. The building, recently converted from commercial to residential use, now offers over 150 flats.
To support its energy-saving scheme, a Triflex ProTect warm roof system was specified for the project. The blue roof at Hill House was designed to meet the specifier’s requirements, with authorised contractors applying a pebble stone finish for enhanced filtration and protection.
