Warm roofs are becoming increasingly popular as the requirement to continually increase the thermal performance of buildings grows. Triflex offers a fully integrated, engineered warm roof solution. The Triflex ProTect warm roof system can incorporate polyisocyanurate (PIR), vacuum insulated panels (VIP), mineral wool and expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation or combinations of the materials. The build-up is dependent upon the required U-value and condensation risk analysis and in addition to the insulation may include Triflex Spray FastPrime, Triflex Self Adhesive Air and Vapour Control Layer, Triflex Insulation Adhesive and Triflex Self Adhesive Carrier Membrane. For high moisture environments such as swimming pools and textile factories the build-up may additionally include a Triflex Water Resistant Roofing Board.
Suitable for both new build and refurbishment, the completely cold liquid applied Triflex ProTect warm roof system offers an engineered solution comprising all system elements. Triflex offers hydrolysis resistant roofing systems which are resistant to standing water and are suitable for zero pitch and completely flat roofs, and where a cut-to-falls insulation scheme is required, Triflex can provide the design.
