Triflex are delighted to announce we are finalists in two categories at the Liquid Roofing and waterproofing association (LRWA) Awards.

From a record number of entries, we have reached the finalist shortlist for projects in the categories of Liquid Roofing Project of the Year in a Buried Application, and Liquid Roofing Project of the Year over 1000m².

Finalist Project of the Year in a Buried Application, the pioneering Plough Lane project is one of the largest Blue / Green roof complexes in the UK capitol to date. Triflex working together with Kingsley Roofing (London) Ltd, provided a comprehensive, certified waterproofing system for this large new build mixed development in central London. Triflex’s rapid curing, hydrolysis resistant and versatile systems simplified the waterproofing solution for the multiple roof elements. With main roofs of Blue / Green type with PV panels, non-combustible pedestal and pavers to balconies, as well as hard landscaping to the podiums, there were multiple buried elements across three major blocks.

Alongside Triflex Authorised Contractors Makers Ltd, a large scale project at Kellogg’s manufacturing facility has also been shortlisted as one of five finalists for Liquid Roofing Project of the Year over 1000m².
