Gateshead College Baltic Campus

Gateshead College, Baltic Campus is served by a busy 225 space multi-storey car park. Restoration and waterproofing of the car park’s exposed upper decks was required to protect the underlying structure, following failures in the existing coating. To meet funding allocation, the project was required to meet exacting timescales.

Waterproofing and protection of a 1,200m² flat roof including all detailed areas at John F. Kennedy School in Beckton, East London. The current roof had previously been waterproofed using a traditional felt waterproofing system, which had begun to develop blisters.

Rainham School for Girls case study

The 1,576m² flat roof to the main school building featured a felt and asphalt waterproofing system that was beginning to allow water to ingress. If allowed to continue the water could potentially cause structural damage to the building and pose a health and safety risk to the school, the pupils and staff.
